Hello! I'm Katie Moore, an illustrator and graphic designer. I’ve had the pleasure of illustrating three children's books and am currently handling the creative work for Continuum Media.

My Journey:

Art has always been a passion of mine, even from a young age. My grandfather owned a sign shop, and he would roll out large sheets of newsprint for my brother and me to draw on. That simple act sparked my love for art. In high school, I served as the treasurer for the National Arts Honor Society, had my artwork featured in the local newspaper, and was in AP Art.

After high school, I knew I wanted to pursue a creative career. I started my journey at Butler Community College, focusing on Fine Arts. But after a few semesters, I realized my true interest lay in something more digital, so I transferred to the University of Kansas to study Illustration & Animation. That’s where I truly discovered my passion for illustration.

However, I eventually took a break from school — a break that lasted seven years! After the birth of my son, I decided it was time to finish my degree. I enrolled at Arapahoe Community College, where I completed my associate's degree in Graphic Design & Illustration, graduating in May 2025.
